Every crossdresser want a more feminine body.
But unless you was blessed with a more feminine or androgyny figure it's kind of hard sometimes.
Maybe not.
There's a way to get a more feminine figure.
And be helathy at the same time.
The tittle said it already.
But what's the best workout?
Should I join the gym?
Practice a sport?
Became an athlete?
Well you can do all of the above.
But the gym will focus more on your whole body and can develop your upper body enhancing your masculine figure.
Unless you said to your personal about your girly goals the default workout will not help you.
The solution I found was develop a home workout that will focus on build a more feminine figure and the results can be intense.
Let's dive into that.
The follow program should be follow with caution and in sign of any pain you should stop it immediately.
The workout will be focused on only 5 exercises.
You can use dumbells if you have any but your body weight will work just fine.
Expecially if you're just starting.
Here are the program I use:
- Squats 4 x 12 (4 Sets x 12 Repetitions)
- Lunges 3 x 12 (Each Leg)
- Bulgarian Split Squat 3 x 12 (Each Leg)
- Crunches 5 x 10
- Planks 20 seconds (add 5 seconds every new session until 1 minute).
That's it.
If you felt confused you can check on youtube how to performe the exercises but they are very simple and can be done in 30 to 45 minutes.
You should follow this program every other day.
And in the days you don't do it you should walk or run or both for at least 30 minute.
It's harsh but it'll will help you on a more feminine figure.
So your week should be like this.
Monday: Workout
Thuesday: Walk/Run
Wednesday: Workout
Thursday: Walk/Run
Friday: Workout
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Rest
This way you'll build a more feminine figure in no time.
